Great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. Convenient location near the university and tram stop, away from the tourist crowds. The staff at Dalmazia were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with well-lit hallways and elevators available for easy navigation.

It would have been even better if the children working there could provide some assistance for senior travelers, such as offering help with luggage or providing recommendations for senior-friendly activities in the area.

The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the transportation options, with tram and bus stops nearby, made it very convenient to explore the city.

Mind-blowing spacious room with a jaw-dropping dressing room and a super-sized bathroom. The staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel was sparkling clean. Wi-fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and express check-in/out were available. Pets allowed and AC in non-smoking rooms. Free breakfast and kitchen facilities were an absolute plus. The tram and bus stops nearby made exploring the city a breeze. The cherry on top was the lovely sheltered garden. Absolutely an incredible stay!

my recent stay in florence was amazing! this time for business, i chose a hotel near bus 20 and tram 1, which took me to the city center and the main train station in under 20 mins. the room was spacious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. highly recommended!

I chose this hotel for attending a business convention and it perfectly catered to both business travelers and tourists. The hotel's facilities and services were excellent, allowing me to have a comfortable and productive stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a business center. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space with computers and printing facilities.

Hotel Dalmazia is such a great place for all those who adore staying in a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by artistic and cultural gems. The staff is incredibly helpful and the amenities are top-notch. Only flaw: the pleasure of a leisurely stroll to the hospital and university right outside the door.

How delightful it was to sleep with the windows closed, muffling the typical Italian noise outside! Such a unique experience, truly unforgettable.
